The team can trace it's roots back to Exeter University's High Performance Cycling project, and from there to 7 wonderful years with Bianchi title sponsorship. Race success and invites into prestigious races such as Lotto Belgium Tour established a very solid base from which to develop. The team management can draw upon everything that this has brought over the years to guide riders as they work their way through the early steps of their careers.

We are a stepping stone to bigger and better things in a rider's career. As such we have devloped a race programme that has eyes firmly fixed on the bigger picture, where riders aren't expected to deliver at a level that is a step too far. We run an appropriate race calendar, with a varied mix of races designed to help riders progress effectively , building experience and the necessary understanding of the needs and demands of Elite racing. 

'Too much , too soon' has hampered careers in the past, we aim for this not to be the case with our riders.
